Supported Employment Services(SEP - IP)
Supported Employment Services (SEP) serves adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them be more successful in the workplace. We provide both job attainment coaching and post-employment coaching and training.
We offer the following:
• Vocational Assessment – helps participants determine a vocational goal
• Employment Preparation – job seeking skills, interview preparation, resume development, and Job Club
• Job Development and Placement - Support with submitting applications, attending job interviews, networking.
• Job Retention – employer liaison, benefits counseling and follow-up
• Job Coaching – helps participants adjust to the job, 1:1 participant to staff ratio
